• Your current phone number must be active with your local provider
• If you have DSL service on the telephone number you are transferring to AtlasVoice, you must contact your service provider, ask for “dry loop” service and tell them to assign a new inactive/dummy number for your DSL service.
• You have to cancel all additional services on you current phone line, such as distinctive ring, Ringmaster, Line sharing, etc. before transferring your number to AtlasVoice
• Please do not contact your carrier to disconnect your service. It will take place when your phone number is transitioned to AtlasVoice
• It can take up to 30 days to port your number to AtlasVoice
• In order to start the transfer you need to sign and fax
