If you are porting your phone number, please follow the process below:

1. Signup for one of our packages and you will be assinged a temporary phone number
2 . Send us the following in order to start the porting process:
- a copy of the main page of your last phone bill
- signed Letter of Agency

Either send us the signed forms by fax to 647-439-0870 or by e-mail to sales@atlasvoice.com

The porting process can take up to 30 days and typically 15 after submitting all the above.
While the porting process occurs you can forward your current phone line to a temporary AtlasVoice phone number in the meantime.
Once the porting process is done, the temporary number will not be active anymore, so please do not distribute your temporary number.

Number Transfer Requirements:

• Your current phone number must be active with your local provider
• If you have DSL service on the telephone number you are transferring to AtlasVoice, you must contact your service provider, ask for “dry loop”   service and tell them to assign a new inactive/dummy number for your DSL service.
• You have to cancel all additional services on you current phone line, such as distinctive ring, Ringmaster, Line sharing, etc. before   transferring your number to AtlasVoice
• Please do not contact your carrier to disconnect your service. It will take place when your phone number is transitioned to AtlasVoice
• It can take up to 30 days to port your number to AtlasVoice
• In order to start the transfer you need to sign and fax this form along with your latest phone bill to us.
